Description
Investigation of whether the VI-SPDAT is racially inequitable and prioritizes white people for housing intervention about people of color. Uses data collected from four COC, including Multnomah. Found that "on average, BIPOC clients receive statistically significantly lower prioritization scores on the VI-SPDAT than their White counterparts" and that White clients were prioritized for PSH housing interventions.
